ABOUT THE BUILDER
Award winning builder David Engelman is a premier builder of high-end, custom homes within a 15-mile radius of Sandia Park in the East Mountain area outside of Albuquerque. He and his wife, Sharon Marks, are committed to creating unique and stunning residences.
David has been involved in the construction industry for over 21 years. Since 1993 David has built over 180 custom homes in the East Mountain area with one of his primary goals being to build energy efficient, environmentally responsible homes.
An active member of the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico, David was one of the first Albuquerque home builders to be involved in the Building America program which emphasizes energy efficiency, advanced framing techniques, and superior insulating methods.
